how do we do it?

1st step. initial consultation

The first phase is about getting to know each other and discussing key questions. Expect an engaging conversation: What’s your daily routine? Which colors do you gravitate towards? Do you have kids or pets?

At the end of the meeting, we sign the contract and scope of work.

2ng step. Pre-design and feasibility study

  • Site analysis report (including zoning and building code research)

  • Existing conditions documentation (site photos, survey, as-built drawings)

  • Project brief with goals, budget, and functional requirements

3rd step. schematic design

  • Conceptual site plan

4th step. design development

  • Refining the design by finalizing materials and architectural details

  • Producing high-quality 3D visualizations based on project specifications

  • Engaging and coordinating with relevant consultants

  • Preparing documents for submission of planning permit applications

Average duration: 6–16 weeks

5th step. construction documentation

  • Producing a full set of architectural drawings

  • Coordinating design details with all consultants

  • Overseeing the building permit application process

Average duration: 8–24 weeks

6th step. interior design

Average duration: 9 - 24 weeks

7th step. construction administration

  • Assisting with contractor selection and negotiations

  • Conducting site visits to monitor construction progress

  • Addressing project inquiries and providing clarifications

  • Reviewing shop drawings and handling change orders

  • Compiling a punch list for final project completion

  • Site visit for measurements

  • Development of 2–3 furniture and equipment layout options

  • Selection of reference images

  • Creation of the overall interior concept

3rd meeting. Presentation of Preliminary 3D Visualization

  • Selection of decorative finishing materials, built-in furniture, appliances, plumbing, upholstered furniture, and lighting

  • Creation of preliminary 3D visualizations for each room

  • Preparation of preliminary material, furniture, and equipment lists

Average duration: 2–3 weeks

4th meeting. Finalization of High-Quality 3D Visualization

Development of realistic 3D visualizations in accordance with the technical specifications

Average duration: 1–2 weeks

5th meeting. Presentation and Discussion of Drawings

Upon request, necessary adjustments are made to the drawings.
Once approved, all project drawings are finalized, including:

  • Installation and demolition plan

  • Flooring plan

  • Ceilings plan

  • Electrical plan

  • Lighting and fixture placement plan

Average duration: 3–4 weeks

6th meeting. Project Completion and Delivery

The final stage, where the client receives:

  • 3D visualizations

  • Drawings and elevations

  • Detailed project estimate

7. Designer Supervision (Optional )

  • Review and approve shop drawings and samples.

  • Conduct site visits

  • Oversee the installation of furnishings,fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).

  • Prepare a punch list of pending construction deficiencies.
